Joining instructions and mooring order for each individual market, will be emailed to you separately as details are obviously different for each location.
The documents below remain the same for each market, so we thought it would make things easier to have them all in the same place for you to refer to, when needed.
Please take the time to read all the information below, it is important and forms part of our licence agreement and insurance requirements that you do.
This is the most important document, as without volunteers none of the markets would happen :0)
These terms and conditions apply to any RCTA market, you agree to them when you make your booking.
Health & Safety Information
RCTA Risk assessment – Please note, this is a standard assessment provided by RCTA and has details of risks and actions to take for each risk. You are required to assess your own trading area and take any action you deem necessary to ensure the area is a safe environment for the general public.
Documents for Volunteers
H&S Info Received – This document is for the Health and Safety Volunteer to print off and obtain signatures from all attending traders that they have received and understood all documentation regarding the market.
Expence Claim Form – Please complete this claim form for any market or RCTA related expenses you may incur.
Posters and Notices
If for any reason the official CRT mooring restriction notices are not displayed on the towpath and you have a boat moored there, you can print this letter off to advise the boat that a mooring restriction is in place.
